Telus Offers Unlimited Data to Select Few :-(

If you own one of the two phones above, you are in luck. Telus is now offering unlimited email and text messaging to those who own the next generation BlackBerry Pearl or HTC S720. When I heard the news I was excited as I though to myself: “surely, they’re not going to single out users who own a different BlackBerry model”. As you may have guessed, I thought wrong. I obviously had too much faith in Telus. I called Telus and asked them if I could sign up for the $15 unlimited Email and Text Messaging plan (called email 15) and they said that I wasn’t eligible. I have to admit, I am truly disappointed 😦
